Harry Potter and The Cursed Child Tickets
The play «Harry Potter and The Cursed Child» now on Broadway after premiering in London two years ago. So now you can easily buy tickets for it on Best-Vegas. According to the reviews, Harry Potter’s performance is of exceptional quality. The screenplay, written by Jack Thorne, directed by John Tiffany and based on original story by J.K. Rowling. However, the plot is written like not bad fan fiction. It takes place 19 years after.
The main story begins after the last scene “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows,” in which Harry, Hermione, Ron, Ginny, and Draco watch their children going to Hogwarts.
In past 7 books Harry and Draco were enemies and, what is fun, Harry’s son Albus (Sam Clemmett) and Draco’s son Scorpius (Anthony Boyle) are close friends. The plot is based on time travel. Albus and Scorpius using an illegal Time-Turner to travel in time. They want to save Harry’s classmate Cedric Diggory from death, which leads to terrible consequences.
Of course, the audience liked the show but not everyone. Some of them who don’t like this play says that it is a badly written story. There are lots of plot holes:
- On Pottermore J.K. Rowling wrote that you can travel time back only 5 hours using Time-Turners.
- All Time-Turners were destroyed. Where Albus and Scorpius find a new one?
- Why Harry’s scar hurts him again? The Horcruxes were destroyed even Horcrux inside Harry
- Why does Harry speak Parseltongue again? He could talk with snakes because part of Voldemort lived in him.
- In the Cursed Child, they came to the conclusion that traveling back in time would change the mistakes of the past.
Even though the play is currently previewed, it broke a couple of premises on Broadway. Being the most pricey musical performance ever performed on Broadway, its tickets cost accumulated to a total of sixty-eight million. Moreover, Harry Potter is appreciating with quite a nice speed, gathering more than two million dollars in revenue during the first week of April.
In the show, actually, in Part One, the audience gasped and applause broke for some of the coolest wizards tricks the team brought to life like physical transformations or even scary floating Dementor, even gloving wands shooting with fire what is incredible.
Harry Potter is a unique masterpiece with new heroes and story. It is no longer a story about Harry Potter and his friend we used to know. This story is exciting sometimes dramatic, there are lots of story turns, new friends, new relationships and new great wizard – Albus Severus Potter. If u ask yourself «Should I watch this play?», then the answer is an absolute yes!
